Entrepreneurship

We made a significant impact by training participants who thereafter created their own startups. These startups are not only contributing to the local economy but also addressing pressing societal challenges.

Entrepreneurship Projects

1. Support for SMEs in Management and Taxation
Aims to provide comprehensive support to small and medium-sized enterprises in effectively managing their finances and tax obligations. By offering personalized consulting services, tailored training, and assistance in tax filing preparation, this project aims to help SMEs optimize their financial management and remain compliant with tax regulations. The goal is to improve the economic viability and growth of these businesses by strengthening their management and taxation skills.

2. ECO-CHARCOAL
ECO-CHARCOAL is a project aimed at producing ecological charcoal. Traditional charcoal production is one of the causes of alarming deforestation. Additionally, the accumulation of waste in our living environments contributes to environmental pollution, posing significant health risks. Climate change is a pressing issue worldwide. Eco-Charcoal offers a solution by producing ecological charcoal from biodegradable waste of all kinds (peelings, wood shavings, herbs, plant stalks, etc.). It's a solution to address the aforementioned problems and contribute to community development.

3. Peanut Oil Company (POC)
POC is a dynamic enterprise of young entrepreneurs that has focused on studying peanut oil due to the problematic analysis that exists in humans, especially cardiovascular diseases caused by the lack of omega-3, a very useful vitamin for the human body. It is based on these research and analyses, supported by statistical data, and in the context of combating malnutrition and cancers, that we decided to create this company to contribute to reducing mortality rates caused by malnutrition and cancers by creating peanut oil made from peanuts. Peanuts are a very important nutrient for the body and are rich in vitamins, especially omega-3.

4. Farm Boost Team (FBT)
FBT is a group of young entrepreneurs who have come together to transform agricultural practices with this innovative solution of hydroponic green forage cultivation (organic cultivation rich in nutrients in a controlled environment), maximizing yields with minimal water consumption, and producing sustainable, high-quality livestock feed.

5. C.H.I.C. (Creating Happiness Inspiring Confidence)
C.H.I.C. aims to empower young girls living with disabilities in rural areas through the production of unique home accessories and decorative items, each one unique in its kind. Decorate your homes, hotels, and restaurants with our accessories made with uniqueness and expertise.

Our TechStart Essentials program has been instrumental in empowering youths with essential computer skills, with impactful outcomes emerging every three months.

TechStart Essentials.

1. Computer Science Enthusiasts
Following their training in computer basics, several participants discovered a passion for computer science and decided to pursue further education in this field. They embarked on academic journeys to deepen their knowledge and skills, laying the foundation for future careers in technology and innovation.

2. Studio Startups
Inspired by their experience in the TechStart Essentials program, some participants ventured into entrepreneurship by starting their own studios. Leveraging their newly acquired computer skills, they set up businesses offering services such as graphic design, web development, and multimedia production, contributing to the local economy and fostering innovation in the creative industry.

3. Private Secretarial Services
Others chose to apply their computer skills in practical settings by establishing private secretarial services. By offering administrative support, document management, and other office-related tasks, these individuals provide valuable services to businesses and organizations, demonstrating the versatility and relevance of their computer training.

4. Graphic Designers
Some TechStart Essentials participants discovered a talent for graphic design during their training and decided to pursue careers in this field. They honed their skills further and established themselves as proficient graphic designers, creating visually stunning designs for various purposes, from branding and marketing to digital art and illustration.

Each summer, we host an immersive bootcamp experience designed to equip students with invaluable skills and mindsets for success. Through hands-on activities and expert-led sessions, participants gain proficiency in critical thinking, deepen their understanding of technology and innovation, and cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit.

Artificial Intelligence

In our Artificial Intelligence boot camps, participants have not only learned theoretical concepts but have also delved into practical applications, resulting in the development of impactful AI models.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

1. Plant Disease Detection System
Participants in our boot camps have developed a revolutionary Plant Disease Detection System that aids farmers in identifying and managing plant diseases effectively. By simply taking pictures of suspected plants and sending the images to the model, farmers receive instant feedback on the health status of their plants. If a plant is found to be ill, the system provides recommendations and immediate actions to mitigate the spread of the disease, thereby helping farmers safeguard their crops and optimize yields.

2. Crop Recommendation System
Our participants have also created a sophisticated Crop Recommendation System that leverages AI to optimize agricultural practices. By analyzing soil element levels such as sodium, phosphorus, and pH, the system recommends the best-suited crops for a particular soil type. This personalized approach to crop selection enables farmers to make informed decisions and maximize yields, ultimately enhancing agricultural productivity and sustainability.

3. Smart Fertilizer Recommendation System
Additionally, our boot camp participants have developed a Smart Fertilizer Recommendation System that revolutionizes soil management practices. By analyzing soil composition and nutrient levels, farmers can input their desired plant species, and the system provides tailored recommendations for the most suitable fertilizers. This targeted approach ensures efficient nutrient management, reduces fertilizer wastage, and promotes sustainable agricultural practices, benefiting both farmers and the environment.

Mentorship

We provide personalized academic support and guidance for students in both primary and high school to facilitate their educational journey.

We understand that some subjects, such as mathematics, physics, and chemistry, can be challenging to grasp. That's why our mentors are here to help students navigate these difficult topics, break them down into understandable concepts, and provide clarity through personalized tutoring sessions.

2. Assistance with Assignments and Homework: In addition to teaching hard-to-understand subjects, our mentors also assist students with their assignments and homework. Whether it's solving complex math problems, understanding scientific principles, or writing essays, our mentors provide step-by-step guidance and support to help students excel academically. By offering assistance with assignments and homework, we ensure that students have the resources they need to succeed in their studies.

3. Offering Personalized Guidance: Each student has unique educational needs and goals, and our Mentorship program recognizes and addresses these individual differences. Our mentors offer personalized guidance tailored to each student's learning style, pace, and preferences.
